I connect enterprise AI architecture with practical implementation, and share what I learn along the way.

I'm a Principal Architect at NTT DATA, Microsoft MVP and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), based in Berlin. My work focuses on agentic AI, intelligent automation, and the Microsoft ecosystem.

I help organizations move from promising demonstrations to secure, scalable, well-governed solutions. That means connecting technology choices with business processes, enterprise data, operational ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Architecture beyond the prototype

My work spans Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI services, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Dynamics 365. I am particularly interested in how people, copilots, autonomous agents, and existing enterprise systems work together.

Architecture is only part of that story. Governance, security, evaluation, observability, lifecycle management, adoption, and FinOps determine whether a solution remains useful after the first demo. These are recurring themes in both my project work and my talks.

Why instruo365?

Instruo is Latin for "to teach, inform, instruct." Through instruo365, I bring together practical talks, tools, and labs informed by real architecture work. This site is the home for my professional profile, speaking topics, and projects.
